Ashy?

As most of you know my name is Ashley and my close friends and family call me "Ashy" (like Ashley is a long name).

I'm not a fan of nicknames especially if you live up to or never grow out of them. Especially ones like Peaches, Peanut, Smoke, Little Man/Man Man, Big Boy, Pookie, Joker, etc.

Unfortunately, with the nickname ASHY you may occasionally catch me being exactly that!

ASHY-NESS can be embarrassing and its the worst during this time of the year, but its not always because you didn't use lotion its just that the product didn't fulfill its duty!

The point of this post is to share my favorite moisturizes to treat those ASHY knuckles, knees, elbows & ankles or wherever else is WHITE & DRY on your body...lbvs.

I've tried many lotions & skincare products & nothing has made my skin look or feel better than these 5 products listed below.

#1 Palmer's Cocoa Butter:
Pro- Some people are not too fond of the smell of Cocoa Butter, but it may depend on the brand. I've used this  product for many years and  I love the smell and the way it makes my skin feel soft and toned.

Con- I don't like the fact that if you use too much it turns into little gray clay like clumps.
You ain't "BLACK" if you don't own a bottle of COCOA BUTTER! (jk)- Found @ local drug stores

#2 True Blue Spa - Lay it on Thick
Pro- This is a great alternative in place of Cocoa Butter & has a great smell too! I recommend this whole line for a skincare regimen.
Con-The consistency is really THICK and can be a bit too greasy.
Lay it on THICK! - Bath & Body Works

UNSCENTED PRODUCTS:

#3 Boots - Expert Dry Skin Balm
Pro-Unscented and rubs in like butter
Con-Comes in only 5oz. at a time
Boots - Target

#4 Cetaphil - Moisturizing Cream
Pro-Great for all skin types, gives long lasting hydration
Con-I have nothing bad to say LOVE this!

Great for sensitive skin! - Local drug store

#5 Blue Q - Get Real Sunflower
Pro- ALL NATURAL & great for Hard Working Skin
CON-Has a "au natural" smell, if you want scented I suggest the Lavender
Love this Stuff- Order off line has been discontinued from Blueq.com

These products are awesome take my word!

XOXO,
Ashley

Fury Fashion

I don't know about you, but I like to keep warm & wear the season "must-have" FURRRRR

If your experiencing the Chicago Blizzard you def might want to bundle up in something like this....lol

My personal favorite accessory is Neck Fur ...it can go with practically anything, and there's nothing better than to have soft rabbit fur around your collar.

Faux-fur is okay too...especially if your an "anti-animal cruelty," supporter :)

Snood
Check out the latest faux-fur vest trend w/ a ribbon belt
I think Fur Hats are a perfect Winter "must-have" for Guys...its brings some kind of masculine appeal to them.

They look great on women too!

If you want to go all out Him & Her Fur Coats will do "Fury Fashion" Justice!

I just adore Kanye West & Amber Rose Fur Coat Cameo.

Stay Warm People :)
